Problem
Storage vaults required controlled, safe, and efficient access systems that met stringent international and military engineering standards. Certain Vaults were of 6mx3m in opening size. Client required Access Covers in special grade Aluminium 6061 . The vaults covers should be easily operation in case of an emergency with minimum personnel.
Solution
Access Flow specified rolling type Aluminium Access Covers . The shells made of 6061 special marine grade Aluminium is set up to slide on 6m to 11m long guide rails . A set of special rolling wheels as well as guide wheels were integrated on the Shell Frame to make sure the Cover will not slip during movement. Accessflow supplied Aluminium rolling access covers, enabling smooth operation while maintaining safety and durability.
